Ft. Richardson Lodging is comprised of 92 guest rooms located in 6 separate buildings. Rates are based on room type. When making reservations, please tell us your preference and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When guest volume limits availability, we may not be able to match your room type preference. All rooms are non-smoking.

Eligibility

Priority 1. Official Department of Defense (DOD) travelers on orders may make reservation requests 180 days in advance year around.

Priority 2. Eligible unofficial travelers (not on orders) may make reservation requests seasonally:

Winter (September - May) - 14 days in advance, no booking limit
Summer (June - August) - 3 days in advance, 5 day booking limit

Pets

We have a very limited number of pet rooms. Pets must have a health certificate not older than 30 days, be secured in a owner-provided kennel while unattended in guestrooms and during housekeeping or maintenance service, and be leashed at all times when outside the guestroom. Pet fees apply. Pet owners are responsible to adhere to all policies issued at check in.

Beginning 5 January 2009, the Fort Richardson billeting will be renovating their pet friendly units. The project is expected to last 6 months. Until these renovations are complete ALL families PCSing to the Elmendorf/Ft Richardson area with pets will be quartered downtown with additional out of pocket expenses or they will have to board their animals.
